Short term temporary contract for an experienced HR Business Partner possessing strong employee relations
This is an opportunity that will not interfere with your permanent job search, as a short-term 6-8 week temporary contract.
Our client is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to support the team whilst they are recruiting for the position on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing coaching and development to line management
- Providing contemporary HR advice surrounding the employment legislative framework
- Manage case investigations for both disciplinaries and grievances
- Interpret relevant industrial tools
- Support ad hoc human resources tasks to support the team
This is a generalist role with a strong emphasis on case management. It is essential that you possess prior experience of managing a high case load and have the ability to provide contemporary advice pertaining to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
The location is south of the CBD and accessible by train, otherwise there is paid parking close to the offices.
An immediate start is required, and the role will be office-based.
