Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting two key stakeholders, this hands-on role will require you to:
- Manage the employee life cycle and provide end to end service around core people functions, including leadership, employee engagement, workforce structure, ER advise, performance plans and wage management
- Ensure policy and procedures meet legislative, safety and employment guideline
- Support leaders to build strong teams through hands on coaching and planning of people initiatives
Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or related fields, you will possess outstanding communication and organisational skills.The position is in either Rockhampton or Toowoomba and will involve occasional travel to other regional centres.
