Your new role
In this Monday - Friday role, based at our head office in Nambour on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Support the bsuiness with full generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with the business to effectively action HR/IR/ER matters including employee performance management issues, grievances and disciplinary requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and internal work instructions providing recommendations for improvement as appropriate
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
- Provide relevant and best practice training to Hiring managers and Project Managers
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with the development and implementation of agreed solutions.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in a similar role with mining or construction industry experience highly advantageous
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to applications, suppliers, clients, customers and co-workers
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm, full-time office based.
