Hr Business Partners

Halcyon Knights is seeking expressions of interest from HR Business Partners to support its state government clients based in Adelaide. You'll play a key role in resolving complex organizational assessments, inquiries, and driving process improvements in performance management.

We have a dedicated Government & Education Practice with a team focused solely on delivering to this sector. This specialisation allows us to focus on Labour Hire Services and Permanent Recruitment within the sector. Our market knowledge, state presence and combined years of experience allows us to provide insights and support to our Public Sector clients. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in addressing complex organizational challenges for our state government clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments, managing inquiries, and spearheading process improvement initiatives in performance management. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant, with a focus on resolving complex organizational challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and implementing performance management initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
• Must have a valid police clearence
