My client is a progressive Professional Services Firm with an established national footprint. The firm operates under a national HR model with local autonomy, and a small restructure in the Sydney structure has led to the creation of this vacancy.

The role will report into the local Head of HR and will be supported by peer level consultants and two levels of HR Generalists below. There is also an internal Talent Acquisition function.
The role holder will be required to manage a client group that will include senior stakeholders. Internal client groups will be varied and relatively small (c150 FTE) to enable a 'high touch' HR service.
The role will suit an experienced HR Generalist who can work well within an established function. The three key areas are stakeholder management, managing cyclical (calendar) HR events, and employee relations. We welcome applications from candidates with competence in at least two of these areas.
The role is hybrid - CBD Office / WFH.
