We are delighted to be partnering with a global law firm to recruit an experienced HR Consultant. Initially, it's a part-time opportunity (0.4 FTE) with flexibility regarding the days, based in the Perth office.
About the role:
This is a newly created standalone role where you will provide generalist support and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the Perth office. There will also be project opportunities, such as Graduate Recruitment for Perth (a new program). Reporting to the Head of People in Melbourne, the main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with office administrator and social committee to organize engaging events and contributing to national diversity and inclusion events.
- Proposing and facilitating activities promoting health, wellbeing, relationship building, and collaboration.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for employee experience feedback and concerns.
- Mediating interpersonal issues and advise and coach staff and Partners on conflict resolution.
- Assisting individuals facing work environment challenges.
- Managing recruitment efforts and oversee onboarding for new hires in the Perth office.
- Coordinating graduate recruitment for the Perth office as needed, with support from Melbourne-based HR Coordinator.
About You:
As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a professional services firm, and sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. The consultant for this role is Adela Frydrychova, with a job reference number PR/238284.
