The Position
As a HR Coordinator, you will support a range of HR functions, aligning with the company's strategy and goals. This role involves partnering with managers to enhance both individual and team performance, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job requirements and descriptions.
- Drive annual HR programs including KPI setting, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead HR initiatives and reward programs.
- Support employee relations function including conducting investigations and performance improvement plans.
- Provide first level coaching and HR advice to people managers.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR information systems.
- Support wider HR team with integrated HR tasks and projects.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR related position
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry or similar desirable
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources desirable
- Strong and effective communication and data skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Displays initiative, enthusiastic, and adaptable
