Role Overview:
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the HR team, ensuring seamless communication of policies and processes across the organisation. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume data entry with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Coordinate and monitor staff competencies and training requirements.
- Manage the booking process for training sessions and medical assessments.
- Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Facilitate the orientation and induction of new employees.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Utilize various systems and platforms effectively.
- Provide HR support to other states within the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural workforce environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
