What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating all HR-related data on systems including Workday. You will be responsible for managing employee queries and supporting the administration of the full employee lifecycle. Your role will also involve coordinating HR administration activities for various initiatives under the guidance of senior HR personnel. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to key members of the HR team. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the induction process for new hires and providing support during the recruitment lifecycle. Ensuring that HR procedures are maintained and updated will also fall under your purview.
- Maintain and update all HR related data on systems, primarily Workday, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee related queries including day-to-day management of the shared HR Inbox
- Support administration of the full employee lifecycle via Workday
- Coordinate HR administration activities for various HR initiatives as guided by the Head of HR and HR Business Partners
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR, HR Business Partners, and Payroll Manager as needed
- Manage the induction process from coordinating and delivering the HR induction sessions
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team during the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure HR Procedures are maintained and any change in procedures are documented accordingly

You have strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities. Your ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday, is required, along with prior experience in HR Administration or HR Coordination. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also necessary.
