About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing blue collar recruitment, coordinating the continuous improvement committee, liaising with line managers across the business to assist with all HR related queries and providing general support to the HR Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting contracts and letters of offer;
- Processing changes of conditions and employee movements;
- Managing employee data within the HRIS;
- Assisting with training and development initiatives; and
- Supporting ad-hoc HR projects across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, professional and positive individual with a strong passion for HR and customer service. You will have previous experience as a HR Coordinator or Senior HR Administrator within a diverse business. Additionally, you will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
