HR Coordinator who is looking for career development and wants to be part of a truly global business working in a fun team in which no two days are the same. You will be reporting to the HR Manager, as part of the HR & Payroll team.
About the opportunity- Provide professional HR administrative support.
- Create and distribute employment contracts, variation letters and other forms of employment letters.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate the development and release of HR reports.
- Prepare and coordinate announcements
- Organise social events, birthdays, and special events
- Maintain and update all HR company procedures and work instructions.
- Administer the formal recognition processes in place
- Provide back-up payroll support
- Coordinate and book training requirements and inductions.
- Support the HR Manager on initiatives across the APAC region.
About you- Degree or Diploma qualified in HR.
- Up to 1-3 years' experience in performing similar HR positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Fun, innovative and daring.
- Exposure to Success Factors (or similar) beneficial but not essential.
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
