The role
Reporting to the HR leadership team this is an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers an opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills in HR in a supportive, fast paced and dynamic environment.
This role holds the primary responsibility of delivering the training and development strategy for the organisation.
- Administer the new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide high quality service and training to the team by utilisation of our LMS
- Develop and implement Training Plans, Development Plans and Performance Review materials
- Manage training records, activities and reporting
- Create entry level short courses and manage annual cycle course requirements
- Assist with the development and delivery of leadership programs
- Facilitation/co-facilitation of F2F and MS Teams training programs to the wider team as required
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure relevance and adherence to legal requirements
- Projects, as a valued member of the HR team we will be working on various projects together
In addition to the primary responsibilities, the HR Coordinator will also provide support to the HR team by way of back up for generalist duties including, employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, wellbeing, advice and injury management.

Essential
- Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- 1+ years previous experience with training facilitation
- 1-2 years' experience working in human resources or people & culture
- 2+ years previous experience in an operational role in any industry
- Course, program or policy writing experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service
- Commitment to meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with administrative work
- High level of communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse client groups
- High level computer literacy, confident computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Current Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Right to work in Australia
- Reference checks
Desirable
- Learning Management System administrator experience
- Experience creating basic e-learning courses or Articulate experience
- Experience with recruitment software: Scout Recruit, BuRPS, or similar systems
- Experience with injury management
