About the role
It's an exciting time to join our People & Culture team who are transforming and reshaping the services and support we provide to the whole organisation.
We're starting this journey by implementing a new HRIS and will progress with continuous improvement across our payroll, self-service and ticketing platforms. Ultimately, it's all about enabling and enhancing our people experiences and ways of working via technology.
Making sure our data is in order will be crucial and your main responsibilities will include;
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the People & Culture function to analyse complex data sets to assist with data transformation to support the delivery of the HRIS project
- Cleansing and preparing data from multiple systems in addition to day-to-day management of our employee master data
- Overseeing employee position management
- Making recommendations for data governance and contribute to technology solutions
- HR system troubleshooting and administration support relating to data management
- Prior experience using HR system platforms and an understanding of position management is desirable
- High level of analytical skills, with proven capability to research, analyse and interpret large sets of data and information (HR data experience is advantageous)
- Excellent consultation skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills, including ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on tight deadlines
- Proficient in using MS excel - formulas, pivot tables
- A proven ability to build strong customer and client relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions and achieve the best outcomes by bringing people together to work towards common goals
