Job Connect are working with a respected name in chemical distribution in the Eagle Farm area seeking experienced HR, HC or MC Drivers for Local or Line Haul Driving.
The roles will entail simply driving IBCs of chemical product to Brisbane Metro drops or Line Haul to shorter Regional surrounds.
Line Hauls will be driving to either Stanthorpe or Moree hubs for a return same day. All driving will involve a return back home same day – no regional accommodations required.
All will be supported by forklift operators to load and unload product for safe delivery.
An ideal local HR Driver will possess:
- Very confident experience with multi drop deliveries of freight – Dangerous Goods accreditation is highly desirable but not necessarily required (training offered)
- A smooth and conservative driving style that is easy on the equipment – safety is paramount to the client, there is no pressure to push beyond safe limits!
- Professional attitude to work with a friendly and relaxed crew
- A desire for long term permanent opportunity! This company wants to grow and train you!
- LF ticket is ideal but not required – for greater flexibility if ever needed
An ideal Long Haul HC or MC Driver will possess:
- Very confident experience with Long Haul driving – Dangerous Goods accreditation is highly desirable but not necessarily required (training offered)
- Basic Fatigue Management accreditation ideal but not required (training offered)
- Safety mindedness to commit to safe, smooth journey rather than trying to push boundaries – safe, smooth drops is how they roll!
- A calm attitude to work with a calm, solutions focused team – they will support you in any scenario!
- A desire for long term permanent opportunity! This company wants to grow and train you!
- LF ticket is ideal but not required – for greater flexibility if ever needed
