Role:
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated HR Manager to join this welfare organisation. The role will utilise all your HR skills and knowledge and you will be required to give advice and guidance to the CEO on all matters human resources. You will have responsibility for
- Supporting line managers with performance management of staff and drive the disciplinary process in partnership with the CEO
- The HR Manger will be responsible in monitoring industry changes and ensuring the amendments to the SCHADS Award and communicate it to all departments as well as initiate any changes to contracts or variations to contracts
- You will also work closely with an external HR advisory team to ensure compliance, best practices & outcomes are followed
- The HR Manager will drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance reviews and workplace celebrations
- The HR Manager will supervise a small team and be part of increasing the HR division when required.
Selection Criteria:
We are looking for a self motivated person and someone who enjoys building processes and procedures. In order to be considered for this role we will require;
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- Experience in WHS Auditing and implementing control measures
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Personable, and can support Senior Management with various HR issues
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience using a HRMS & LMS
- Have a current NDIS Screening Check
- Have a current WWCC
