DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing coaching and support to leaders in driving change.
• 9-13 direct reports within the HR team.
• Leveraging workforce data to develop strategic insights for people priorities and workplace planning.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and enhance recruitment strategies in collaboration with department managers and external agencies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Oversee HR services, including compensation and performance management, exit interviews, recruitment planning, and payroll administration, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and legal and company policies.
• Lead, manage, and develop the HR Department, providing support, coaching, and mentorship for culture, change, and performance management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• This role requires someone who can change management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with experience in HR management across multiple site locations.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant employment standards and regulatory requirements for Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive HR issues and influencing others.
• Professional and resourceful approach, able to work independently and collaboratively, lead by example, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong building relationship skills with high executives.
