DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing coaching and support to leaders in driving change.
- 9-13 direct reports within the HR team.
- Leveraging workforce data to develop strategic insights for people priorities and workplace planning.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and enhance recruitment strategies in collaboration with department managers and external agencies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Oversee HR services, including compensation and performance management, exit interviews, recruitment planning, and payroll administration, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and legal and company policies.
- Lead, manage, and develop the HR Department, providing support, coaching, and mentorship for culture, change, and performance management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- This role requires someone who can change management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with experience in HR management across multiple site locations.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant employment standards and regulatory requirements for Australia and New Zealand.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive HR issues and influencing others.
- Professional and resourceful approach, able to work independently and collaboratively, lead by example, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong building relationship skills with high executives.
