Drive the HR function, including policies, procedures, and programs. You'll play an active role in the development of our department, employee relations, and organisational development initiatives and programs.
You will be responsible for preparing, distributing, and implementing our policies and procedures, providing guidance on employment law, managing HR records, handling employee concerns, and documenting performance reviews. You'll also coordinate EBA negotiations and maintain transversal business relationships with HR Managers in APAC and Europe to fulfil VCA HR Reporting/Training corporate requirements.
If you possess a good working knowledge of employment-related legislation, have experience in project management, and hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources/Business Management or a related field, we encourage you to apply. You should also have a high level of attention to detail, efficient data entry skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Some travel is required in this role.
