Our client, a catholic independent college located in the North East suburb of Melbourne, is looking for a HR manager.
This is a stand alone role, will work closely with the Principal and deputy principal to deliver quality services across all aspects of HR. Collaborate with the members of the executive team to implement strategic goals to impact the college's culture in a positive way.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage the full employee life cycle process including onboarding and offboarding.
- Updating internal databases with correct employee information.
- Working with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the OHS development.
- Employee grievance and policy and procedure.
Your skills & experience
- 3-5 years experience in a HR role.
- A demonstrated understanding of the ethos of Catholic school and its mission.
- Able to work autonomously.
