An exciting opportunity exists for a Pharmacist- Senior Training & Development to provide direct workforce training and development under the direction of the Clinical Educator Pharmacy and the Assistant Director of Pharmacy (Clinical). Within this scope, the role will have accountability to provide training and development support to undergraduate, new graduate and postgraduate pharmacy staff working in clinical practice across the HHS. - Planning, developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating evidence-based training and development, including monitoring and reporting on relevant key performance indicators.
- Works collaboratively with the Pharmacy Clinical Educator to support student placements including student planning, coordination and integration of student education across SCHHS.
- Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Clinical Educator to coordinate training and development programs for graduate pharmacy staff and support clinicians to undertake clinical education of pre-entry students and new graduates, including ongoing monitoring and identification of local clinical education needs.
