The salary range (excluding superannuation) is $74,986 to $117,265, depending on skills and experience
This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ITIL practitioner to expand their IT Service Management skills within an exciting and rapidly evolving industry. Reporting directly to the National Manager— Digital Systems, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence in delivering IT services for the company and the stakeholders of our various digital service offerings.
The ITSM Coordinator will support PHA and its Digital Systems team in the following ways:
- Support delivery of AUSPestCheck®, APPD, PaDIL, ePHAC or a combination of these.
- Assist system users with system issues and enhancement requests and raise tickets with the Digital Systems Service Desk when appropriate.
- Assist in coordinating and prioritising work, such as backlog grooming and incident and enhancement classification and prioritisation processes.
- Learn, play with, explore, and assist in testing the digital service offerings, developing SME knowledge to inform future system design.
- Maintain accurate records of CAB decisions, including change approvals, rejections, and associated actions within the IT Service Delivery platform.
- Active participation in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) practices ensures seamless coordination and collaboration with external providers and vendors.
- Assist with the maturity uplift underway regarding incident management documentation and BCP exercises and explore new ways of working.
- Provide insights into system reports and work with the vendors to define and deliver on SLAs
To be successful as the ITSM Coordinator, you will have:
- A demonstrated aptitude to learn and understand new digital systems and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as relationship management skills.
- Hold a formal qualification in Information Technology
- Relevant qualifications such as ITIL4 or Certified Change Management Professional. (Desirable)
The positions will ideally be performed in the PHA Office in Canberra (although we are open to discussing remote opportunities with the right candidate or flexible working arrangements). The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis for an initial 12-month period, with the potential for extension.
