As they continue to grow and expand their initiatives, the organisation is looking for a skilled HR Operations Specialist to ensure internal processes are as effective and efficient as their outreach efforts.
About the role
In this crucial role, you will oversee various aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our team members. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate pre-employment and compliance checks, including Police Checks and WWC Checks, ensuring all are completed prior to new hires' start dates.
- Drafting employment contracts and new employee setups through Employment Hero.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, including desk and PC setup, and support first-day logon procedures.
- Enroll new hires in induction programmes and e-learning compliance modules, and ensure timely completion of these.
- Handle employee variations and update terms and conditions documents.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all checklists are completed and company assets returned.
