The Opportunity:
We have a mining magnate client who is looking for a HR Analyst to join their HR team in the Brisbane office!
Key Duties:
- Expertise in understanding Modern Awards (in particular Black Coal Mining Industry Award 2020)
- General understanding of Fair Work Act & National Employment Standards (NES)
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast workforce needs and recommend strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support strategic HR initiatives.
What you will bring!
- 1-2 years of experience in either of HR/IR/ER/Legal/Employment Law (bonus point if worked within the Mining Industry)
