How will I help?
HR Partners at Westpac Group work closely with Heads of HR and senior business leaders to drive value at different stages of the employee life cycle including transformation, culture, employee engagement, reward, inclusion & diversity and organisational change.
Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, Technology and CCS, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to grow your career by delivering a range of critical, large-scale people and change initiatives.
You will find yourself engaging with leaders at all levels to make a real, tangible impact on the businesses you support. The HR Partner is a true ‘business partner’ role where you will be entrenched in the business and supported by centres of excellence to lead and deliver key HR and people initiatives.

What do I need?
We are looking for exceptional candidates who ideally have had experience HR Business Partnering within large, complex environments and have a track record of delivering strong HR and business outcomes.
You will possess excellent problem-solving skills and excellent professional, commercial and personal judgement. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to operate in a changing environment. You will use data and insights to achieve tangible outcomes, so we are looking for candidates who are able to analyse data to inform decision making.
This role will see you interacting directly with GM and Executive level stakeholders; therefore, your stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success.
