A local college is seeking an experience HR & Payroll Administrator in a newly created role, to support the HR function with the creation and maintenance of HRIS and payroll data.
Your new role
- Support the HR & Payroll team with administrative tasks
- Point of contact or HR and payroll related queries
- Update and ensure accuracy of data across the HRIS (Synergetic)
- Provide support with the interpretation and understanding of Enterprise Agreements
- Previous administrative experience within HR and/or payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of how EBAs influences and drives working conditions
- Previous experience within the Education Sector, or with Synergetic HRIS would be an advantage
- 2 years FTC
- Salary $76,000+super
