About the role:
This role will partner with the VidaCorp business to deliver the group People Performance and Culture strategy and plans which aim to build the capability of our people and align their efforts to the DBG vision, mission and strategic objectives, as well as foster a positive and high performing workplace where employees can be their best and feel they have purpose and belonging.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional people management and Culture services to your assigned business group.
- Coach and empower managers on all aspects of people management, with a focus on driving performance.
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, compensation and benefits guidance, best practise and industrial relations advice.
- Recommend and implement effective HR practices and programs to maximize opportunities and manage risks.
- Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and contribute to the development of solutions and policies.
- Partner with the broader People Performance and Culture team to share best practices and ensure consistency of approach.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- FMCG, Health & Beauty or Retail industry experience highly regarded.
- Excellent internal consulting and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated success in project management and implementing change initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary people management practices and trends.
- Strong critical thinking and commercial acumen to drive positive results.
- Dynamic and adept at delivering exceptional service within a startup culture.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
