Our People Experience team is looking to recruit an energetic and experienced Payroll & HR professional who will thrive in this progressive environment, challenge, and contribute to the team and business as a whole, whilst continuing to develop their skills and career.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end payroll function in conjunction with our outsourced payroll provider.
- All HR related administration including month end payroll reporting, ATO reporting including STP processing, coordinating employee benefits service providers, including fleet management, mobile devices, as well as company insurance.
- Termination administration and International / Temporary Resident contracts.
- Relevant accounts payable for designated human resources accounts including confidential payments.
- Expense coding, reconciliations, and associated administration.
- Management of employee life cycle records including employee data, pre-boarding, recruitment, onboarding, probation, salary review payments, Payroll and HR records and employment contracts.
- Workcover claims management and RTW coordination.
Ideal experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience, an excellent understanding of national payroll legislation and a proactive approach towards developing strategies for People Experience and Payroll process improvement. The role will involve extensive liaison with stakeholders throughout the business and effective and engaging communication skills are essential, as is a problem-solving attitude and great tenacity. Experience with AI-driven HR systems and exposure to SAP is desirable and the role will appeal to those with demonstrated success within a global industry leader.
