About the Role
Our HR Project Officer will combine their knowledge of HR with project management skills to deliver HR projects, initiatives and improvements. This is an operational role responsible for responding to business needs and delivering solutions through effective project planning and management.
About You
To succeed in this role you will be an HR professional with operational HR experience, and a sound understanding of how HR impacts and interacts with the wider organisation. Our ideal candidate will be an organised person with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be able to use your communication skills to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and will have the ability to influence outcomes and keep things on track.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
