The role:
As a member of Human Resource Services, perform multiple and diverse tasks associated with recruitment and payroll processes for the Department of Health (DoH).
Provide advice and assistance to managers and staff on a diverse range of human resource services, specifically those associated with payroll and recruitment matters.
Undertake the accurate, efficient, and effective processing of all transactions relating to the payment of salaries, including new employments, terminations, and all personnel movements, on a day to day basis.
Accurately interpret and apply Award provisions in calculating and coding timesheets and liaise with managers and staff to resolve any issues arising.
Manage and monitor recruitment processes to ensure selections are undertaken in a timely manner; liaise with managers and selection panels to ensure timely completion and submission of selection reports and job requests.

Details of Appointment
Permanent full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 per annum + 11% superannuation
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
