THE ROLE
A newly created role, the Head of HR Systems Transformation will be responsible for developing the HR technology road map for the future. You will balance the role between technology strategy and maintenance of the HR systems. SuccessFactors is the current HRIS platform and, in the short term, you will optimise the system usage and transform manual processes. However, working closely with the Technology team, you will also build a longer term HR systems strategy, researching new technology that might offer a better solution.
THE CRITERIA
The successful candidate will have an extensive background in HR Systems, preferably across a variety of platforms. You will have experience across systems implementation, management, analysis and compliance and will, ideally, have previously managed an RFP process through to vendor selection. The systems are not perfect but you will view that as an opportunity to bring your experience and drive significant improvements. Data integrity is really important in this role so you'll be happy to get into the nitty gritty to identify and manipulate data.
