We have an opportunity for a HR Systems and Reporting Officer to be part of our Corporate Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the HR Systems Workforce Analyst to provide data and information necessary to drive business decisions as they relate to PIRSA’s workforce to support the strategic directions of the People and Culture Service and the broader organisation.
The HR Systems & Reporting Officer contributes to integrity of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) through monitoring data quality, undertaking regular data quality activities and ensuring that changes are actioned accordingly. The role is responsible for the provision of a range of accurate, high quality and timely workforce reports from a range of systems including but not limited to CHRIS21, Timewise, Business Intelligence Systems, MyCareer and Gov SAfety on a regular and adhoc basis to a range of stakeholders.
The role contributes to delivering the agency’s priorities including through the collaboration with the broader People and Culture team and the Business to contribute and support the identification of gaps, key issues, and core information through the provision of quality statistical workforce data.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.

  • Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.

Remuneration
ASO3 - $66,590 min - $70,968 max per annum, plus superannuation
