Job description
- Provide recruitment services for specifically allocated Sub Locations in line with the businesses operational recruitment needs.
- Ensure approvals to recruit have been formally received in accordance with the General Affairs Policies and Procedures (GAPP).
- Develop and enhance strong credible, professional working relationships with all key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Conduct all “hands on” end to end recruitment activities such as advertising, candidate sourcing, short listing, telephone screening, interviewing, reference checks, credentialing, police checks and referring candidates for interview across all operational, non-operational and medical teams allowing the recruitment process to flow smoothly to deliver high quality candidates at a low cost.
- Attend and conduct interviews with all line managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records on the MyHR recruitment database so that all information is current and accurate in accordance with International SOS requirements for record keeping and reporting.
- Participate in PNG recruitment projects and provide recruitment support across the PNG and to other regions as requested.
- Ensure recruitment information and statistical reports are accurate and updated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to reflect current, accurate and relevant data and produced as requested by the business.
- Organization and representation at various career and professional conferences.
