We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy HRIS Implementation Change Manager with exceptional collaboration and influencing skills to bring the organisation on a transformative journey.
Based at our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park, you will report directly to the CHRO and CIO in this newly created ongoing position.
You will be responsible for leading the change management of TLC’s new HRIS which includes rostering, time and attendance and payroll.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the change and project management for UKG Kronos implementation
- Integrate Rostering, Time and Attendance and Payroll
- Partner closely with a broad range of key stakeholders during and post implementation
- Manage the UKG partnership
- Partner with the HR and ICT teams to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Drive the initial program delivery to its successful completion
- Ensure go live objectives are clearly communicated and agreed with stakeholders
- Responsible for continuous product improvement and education post implementation
About you
- 5+ years experience in leading change management, preferably of a HRIS
- Understanding of multiple EBAs and awards
- Experience in healthcare desirable
- Expertise of the requirements to achieve well managed implementations
- Commercially savvy
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- An ability to work in a dynamic environment in an evolving business
