About the role - the formal stuff
Working within the main UCX office, this newly created role of HR/Officer Manager is a senior leadership role that acts as the key contact for HR and UCX office matters. The HR/Office Manager has carriage of essential administration functions such as hiring, induction and general HR, maintenance of regulatory compliance obligations, administrative functions and coordination of organisation wide events and activities where required. Reporting to the CEO, the role acts as the main conduit for the UCX office.
Duties include:
- Relationship builder and key point of contact for UCX team.
- Culture driver.
- HR administration and employee management
- Review of employee expenditure.
- Maintenance of UCX asset register and coordination of new procurements.
- Participation in and administration of inventory control program including data entry into POS.
- Review of payroll data prior to processing.
- Other finance and administrative support.
The successful candidate will be someone who can integrate and work well within a team. The ability to be flexible and prepared to tackle differing tasks is essential.
UCX is flexible to discuss permanent or permanent part-time employment.

Skills and experience
- The successful candidate MUST have qualifications and/or proven experience in an HR role - minimum 3 years.
