Your Key Responsibilities:As our HR/Payroll Systems Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR and Payroll teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless system and business process operations
- Being the go-to expert for HR/Payroll systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimise system configuration, business processes and functionality
- Leading initiatives to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulations

- Extensive experience in HR/Payroll system development
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster relationships across all levels
If you have experience with TechnologyOne products or workplace Awards/Enterprise Agreements, that's a plus!

- Package: $100,000 - $115,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
