Vets Central is continuing its mission to become Australia's leading veterinary partner, and we're now on the hunt for a HR/Recruitment Administrator, to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves!) support office team.
Due to ongoing growth, we have an opportunity for a vibrant and motivated administrator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, this newly created role will provide day-to-day administrative support of the HR functions including recruitment activity and the employment lifecycle. This exciting opportunity can offer full-time or part-time employment with flexible work options. If you are detail-oriented with strong administration skills and have a passion for enhancing the employee experience, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide administrative recruitment support including managing advertisements, arranging interviews for hiring managers, reference checking, arranging onboarding and ensuring the induction experience is engaging and impressive.
Support with administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
Employment contract generation for all new hires and supporting with new acquisitions
Managing the offboarding process and facilitating exit interviews
Conducting entry level interviews
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or strong administration experience
Possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Have a creative approach to problem solving
Be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for administration
Have excellent relationship building skills and a warm and friendly personality
Be responsible, organised, self-directed and efficient.
