Our client is an agricultural equipment supplier with over 35 years’ experience in the industry. The position has ideal working hours of 4 to 5 hours per day, five days per week.

As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will be working in conjunction with the Office Manager to assist in an array of daily general administration duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone calls and email correspondence within the office;
- Liaising with customers and clients;
- Entering timesheets, supplier information and new jobs into the company software;
- Data entry of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Maintaining manual filing;
- Organising supplier invoices;
- Processing sales orders and entering purchase orders; and
- Assisting with sales activities such as production of brochures and field day bookings.
