Hr Administrator

An Australian energy company is looking to recruit a part time HR Administrator to join their team based in Brisbane CBD.  Role responsibilities include: -

• Preparing and updating HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and reports
• Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Supporting payroll, pensions, and employee benefits
• Handling employee queries and complaints in a confidential and professional manner
• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
• Organising and facilitating training sessions and events
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

To be a successful part-time HR administrator, you will need:

• A diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are flexible, but you will be expected to work around 15-20 hours per week.
