About the role
As a key member of the team, your leadership skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules and cost. You will:

You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 5 years€™ experience in a similar shutdown / outage environment in a heavy industrial environment (Power Generation, Refinery, Chemical, Petro-Chemical, continuous processing facility)
- Diploma in OH&S (minimum)
- Working at Heights certification valid within 2 years
- Confined Space Entry certification valid within 2 years
- 10275NAT €“ Course in Workplace Drug Testing (breath alcohol)(oral fluid €“ saliva) (urine) or HLTPAT005 €“ Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
- Cert IV Trainer & Assessor (desirable)
- Environmental qualifications (desirable)
- Proven program management
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experienced in investigation methodologies
- Experienced in investigation, reporting and KPI management
