This opportunity, as a HSE Advisor will see you join a reputable company with a highly experienced team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customers.

As a key member of the team, your leadership skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules and cost. You will:

• Deliver to project milestones

• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 5 years€™ experience in a similar shutdown / outage environment in a heavy industrial environment (Power Generation, Refinery, Chemical, Petro-Chemical, continuous processing facility)
• Diploma in OH&S (minimum)
• Working at Heights certification valid within 2 years
• Confined Space Entry certification valid within 2 years
• 10275NAT €“ Course in Workplace Drug Testing (breath alcohol)(oral fluid €“ saliva) (urine) or HLTPAT005 €“ Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
• Cert IV Trainer & Assessor (desirable)
• Environmental qualifications (desirable)
• Proven program management
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
• Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experienced in investigation methodologies
• Experienced in investigation, reporting and KPI management
