Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
- Maximum-term contract until May 2025
The role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage and implement the Member Health and Wellbeing portfolio within the Member Engagement & Support team, aimed at supporting RACP members. Responsibilities include;
- Ongoing management of the Member Health and Wellbeing portfolio including the management of its budgets, financials and Consultant(s).
- Support and oversee the delivery, monitoring, evaluation and review of the Member Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Oversee activities within the Member Health and Wellbeing Strategy Implementation Plan ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Provide administrative and professional support, including coordinating meetings and preparing papers, to the Member Health and Wellbeing Committee.
- Assist in further development and implementation of a comprehensive action plan for the Member Health and Wellbeing Program, including developing an evaluation plan and coordinating evaluations.
- Develop and implement a communication plan for the Member Health and Wellbeing Program to facilitate collaboration across the College and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
- Represent College Health and Wellbeing initiatives in a variety of forums.
- Develop documents, standards, policies, processes and requirements for Health and Wellbeing that align and integrate with the wider RACP systems.
- Collaborate with other College units to develop and implement aligned and integrated business, communication and advocacy plans and records, information management and reporting systems to support service improvements.
- Provide relevant reporting on progress to Committees, the Senior Leadership Team, the Board and the wider College and where relevant, externally.

The Successful Candidate
To be successful in the role, the incumbent will have relevant qualifications and 3-5 years experience in a similar role. They will also have:
- Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for and implementing service improvement
- High level project management skills and can manage competing demands to produce positive outcomes
- Demonstrated experience building positive stakeholder relationships in achieving pre-determined performance outcomes
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business, communication, advocacy and implementation plans in collaboration with other business units
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) demonstrated with a wide audience.
Understanding of the health industry in Australia, and particularly of physician practice would be advantageous.
