ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Expressions OF INTEREST for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor for some upcoming Projects based in the Perth Metro area.
This role is a Permanent full-time position.
As the Senior HSE Advisor you will be responsible for minimising the occupational risks and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and Ertech standards.
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing guidance and support across all project related HSE matters including risk mitigation, incident management, injury and return to work management and coordinating take 5's, reporting, pre-start's, toolboxes and HSE training packages to ensure continuous improvement
- Monitoring construction activities to minimise occupational risks and providing advice to ensure compliance with HSE Management Plans, OHS legislation and Ertech standards
- Maintain ISO accreditations ensuring periodic audits are scheduled to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Ensure the company meets the necessary legislative obligations and drive the continuous improvement of health and safety throughout the company.
- Understand and drive improved health, safety and environmental risk control across the supply chain and be a key driver to implement HSEQ strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Cert IV in Training and Assessing
- 5+ years HSE Advisory experience
- Generalist HSE skills, including incident investigation (iCAM) and Lead Auditing capability
