Sundstrom Recruitment have partnered with a leading service provider operating across an extensive portfolio of projects in renewable energy, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and more.
As the HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role alongside the HSE Manager to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all employees, throughout the successful execution of a renewable energy project in the South West region.
This is a Monday to Friday for local residents in the Peel / South West Region. No more camps or FIFO!

Duties and responsibilities:
- Field-based HSEQ,
- Oversee and manage the permit system on the project,
- Coaching and mentoring employees and subcontractors on all matters relating to HSEQ,
- Auditing and governance of subcontractors HSEQ objectives,
- Liaising and fostering a strong relationship with the client at all times,
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with the HSE management plans,
- Regular review and updates of the project HSEQ management plan,
- Report and present information to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external,
- Assisting in any incident investigations and following up accordingly.
Your background:
- Cert IV in WHS,
- Construction Card,
- Drivers license,
- Demonstrated HSEQ experience within construction, resources or a related field.
