This role operates with high autonomy partnering closely with the Operations Managers and will see your skill set drive safety management, compliance, training and upskilling staff, auditing, communications, safety behaviour and risk management. This role is responsible for supporting our projects division nationwide and you will be required to travel and live away from home as needed. You will; Maintain and continually improve the company's projects Safety Management System including training, emergency response and crisis management systems.
