SalaryMaintain and coordinate the businesses Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems, ensuring relevant accreditations are maintained, data and reporting is accurate, and management is supported in the delivery of continuous improvement processes across these areas of responsibility.
Quality:
- Maintain and administer the quality systems.
- Directly support the HSEQ Consultant, escalating to them any high-risk compliance, policy, or business critical issues.
- Act as the key internal and external point of contact for Quality.
- Participate in the consultation and/or the development, implementation and review of relevant business procedures, work instructions and other documentation, as required.
- Coordinate and improve Quality systems and data.
- Oversee and assist in planning and delivery of external and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate and assist in closure of corrective actions.
- Act as secretary for Quality management meetings.
- Maintain and administer the HSE systems.
- Act as the key internal and external point of contact for HSEQ.
- Support activities of HSEQC, HSA and Human Resources as required, escalating any policy or business critical issues as required.
- Act as secretary for the Workers HSE Committee, including supporting committee elections, coordinating the agenda.
- Act as secretary for HSE Management meetings.
- Participate in the consultation and/or the development, implementation and review of relevant business procedures, work instructions and other documentation, as required.
- Coordinate and assist in closure of corrective actions resulting from internal and certification audits.
- Coordinate and assist investigations into safety related incidents.
- Provide front line advice, support, and mentoring for staff on HSEQ matters.
- In liaison with the Learning & Development Manager, source, develop and implement relevant training across the business.
- Assist with the release of personal, sensitive, or confidential information in line with the businesses Privacy Policy and legislative requirements.
- In liaison with the I.T team, assist organisational compliance through regular employee and client data, cyber security, and breach reporting.
- Establish key relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent technical knowledge of how to read and implement ISO and Industry standards, certification requirements, codes of practice, and regulatory environment/requirements.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and governance requirements and practices in a commercial setting.
- Experience in coordinating a Quality Management System with accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and coordinating effective and coherent policy, procedure and supporting documents.
- Great client and interpersonal relationship development skills.

- Strong evidence-based decision-making capability.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and ethical business practices.
- Demonstrated intermediate to high-level ability to use computer IT systems including MS Office, and electronic Client Management and HR Systems.
- Minimum Cert IV WHS or Diploma in WHS/ HSE/ and or Quality.
- Experience in a professional services organisation ideal.
- Auditing qualification(s) - desirable but not necessary.
- Quality System Management certification or similar training desirable.
- On-site parking and hybrid working up to 2 days from home per week.
