HSEQ Manager - Power & Infrastructure Projects

Your New Company:
You'll be working alongside reputable tier 1 and 2 contractors who are passionate about safety and executing projects in a timely/budget-friendly manner for their loyal clients. With ample room to grow, you won't ever feel limited! You'll be working alongside the best in the business! 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review contractor's safety programs.
• Develop and implement relevant WHS policies and programs.
• Conduct safety training for workers.
• Routine on-site inspections. 
• Identify hazards and event prevention programs.
• Promote safe practices on site.
• Coordinate the investigation of causes on-site and maintain documentation in accordance with Health and Safety procedures.
• Keeping records of incidents & safety concerns.
• Provide support, coordination and advice on Health Safety practices, systems and procedures, including coaching and support to stakeholders. 

What you need to be successful in this position: 

• Experience as a Senior Safety Advisor OR Manager
• Experience in delivering projects in a timely but safe manner.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent and construction induction card.
• First aid, CPR, working at heights, electrical spotting, trenching safety, ICAM training.
• Experience working on Major Infrastructure Projects(Highly regarded)
