Initial six month contract available with immediate start for a Hubspot Implementation Project Manager. The role will see you deliver the modernising and streamlining of a mortgage broker's sales system by implementing new instances of Hubspot.
Sydney or Melbourne location - Hybrid working model.
It is essential that you have experience in implementing Hubspot as a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Ensure requirements, project deliverables, and milestones are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, working with them and internal teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- HubSpot implementation experience is essential
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Extensive experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Previous experience project managing CRM implementations
