Access theThe purpose of the Human Resource Advisor is to provide advisory and consultancy services across the Branch and undertake projects to develop innovative solutions and strategies to enhance HR capability.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to utilise their HR knowledge and their excellent communication and organisational skills across a diverse workload. Often seen as the face of the HR team, this role is responsible for a wide range of tasks including recruitment and selection, Award and EBA interpretation, payroll, establishment, internal communications (via SharePoint), and reporting.The Human Resource Advisor role is part of a small HR team within the Statewide Network Operations (SNO) Branch. SNO is a newly established branch within the Infrastructure Management and Delivery Division that is accountable for the road operations lifecycle.
