The Role:
We are currently searching for a full-time HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources function. This role provides tailored advice, support and guidance to line managers and employees on Human Resources policies, programs, procedures, practices, and initiatives to ensure the HR function is business focused.
Scope of responsibility:
- Develops, implements, reviews, and advises on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provides coaching, advice, and assistance to line managers, and employees on HR issues and initiatives.
- Liaises with line managers to establish business needs and develop HR solutions to meet these needs.
- Oversees or conducts induction programs for new employees.
- Assists with implementing remuneration and performance review policies.
- Conducts or coordinates investigations and reviews into workplace complaints.
- Compiles, interprets, and maintains HR reporting.
- Ensures maintenance of job descriptions.
- May develop and maintain organizational charts.
- May counsel employees and discuss individual grievances, problems, and difficulties.
- May conduct exit interviews and other employment separation processes.
About you:
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Trustworthy with good judgement.
- The ability to relate well with all levels of management.
- An understanding of how an FMCG business operates.
