We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the team and work from our Sydney location.
We are looking for a hard-working, confident, positive personality who will add to our great culture. Previous experience as a HR Manager is essential and experience working within the construction industry is strongly preferred.
About this role:
Role Responsibilities include:
- Management of employees including monitoring costs and productivity levels
- Recruiting, inducting and training staff and managing associated systems
- Creating, developing and enforcing company policies and practices
- Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
- Develop WHS/OHS programs ensuring compliance with related requirements.
About you:
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field
- Experience in the Construction Industry or closely related field
- 3 + years experience in HR/Recruitment
- Understanding/experience with health and safety awareness / OHS
