AddressNSMS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team, based at our Operations Centre in Kalgoorlie.
Here's what awaits you:
- 5:2/4:3 or 5/2 Roster, working 5 minutes from home
- Provide advice and guidance to Managers and employees on legislative requirements and HR Policies and Procedures
- Work with Managers and staff to ensure employee relations are dealt with proactively and professionally
To thrive in this role, you'll need..
Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years relevant experience in a Human Resources role in Mining.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable but not essential.
Passion for Growth: This is a fast-paced role that isbest suited to someone who can think quickly on their feet, problem solve when required and has excellent attention to detail.
