Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description As a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with national leaders, offering expert advice, support, and coaching to align with business objectives and leverage your experience for optimal organisational performance.

About the opportunity
Provide tailored support across the employee life cycle for maximum engagement and retention.
Develop in-depth client relationships by understanding business objectives and addressing People Solution challenges.
Proactively manage attrition and absenteeism, enhancing employee engagement and onboarding.
Interpret employment instruments and industrial relations matters for risk mitigation.
Champion organizational policies, guidelines, and applicable laws.
Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability development.
Provide coaching and training to leaders and direct reports, fostering proactive and effective management of people issues.
Proactively analyze and report on key PS metrics, recommending strategies and evaluating impact.
Prepare reports, submissions, and correspondence related to People Solution issues.
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure accurate case management.
Drive performance, promotion, and merit cycles for the business.
Requirements, Skills, and Attributes:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret organisational data.
Technologically savvy with a focus on the fanatical employee experience.
Effective use of emotional intelligence in coaching interactions.
Respect for confidentiality, ethics, and boundaries.
Talent-centric focus on engagement and retention.
Proof of Australian citizenship if required.
Experience with Workday preferred but not essential
